Up Close & Personal

I love creating these contemporary portraits! I focus in on the parts that are most characteristic of the person, whether it's a fun hair color, a sly grin or beautiful eyes. The size of these paintings is relatively small so they can be hung in groupings, such as a whole family together. They are also perfect for the camera shy subjects since I can crop out the "bad side" and focus only on the best part.

I am keeping the sizes fairly standard on these for easier, lower pricing and great gift ideas.

The sizes are 8x16" (vertical or horizontal) and 11x11".
The cost is $685 each or $1300 for two portraits and includes standard framing under museum glass.

If you are interested in commissioning one or a few of your own loved ones, please send me an email. While I prefer taking my own reference photos and meeting the person I'm about to paint I can at times work from your photos if necessary. In most cases the finished framed paintings can be delivered 3-4 weeks after the initial order and deposit.
